Booking cancellation

Smoking in the hotel

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas of the hotel. The violator is charged 15,000 rubles. — payment for processing the number from tobacco smoke. There is a smoking area (outside).

Ground and underground parking

Free parking: in front of the hotel; availability is not guaranteed. Municipal toll: behind the building and on the embankment at city rates. Underground guarded parking: 2,300 rubles/day (for guests) or hourly payment; advance booking is not required.

Cancellation policy

If your travel plans have changed, you can cancel or change the terms of your room reservation in accordance with the Radisson Hotel Group cancellation policy, which is negotiated during the booking process.
You can change or cancel your booking online. Since all Radisson Hotel Group brands are connected to a centralized booking system, you will have access to all your bookings as well as your account history. Select "My Reservations" from the menu at the top of the web page, and then "Find your reservations", specifying your first and last name and the confirmation number you received when making the reservation. After that, you will be able to change, update or cancel your booking. However, you must create a guest account with a username and password to view your booking. The account history can be viewed online no later than 24 hours after creating a guest account at Radisson Hotels.
